Well, I am a musician with a day job ;-) I have been singing, writing songs, playing the drums, piano and flute for as long as I can remember. Music can change lives, I know it has changed mine. At this point, I am starting to pursue the egineering/producing part of it. I attend Columbia downtown, and spend lots of time reading books/journals/getting to know as many people as I can. I am hooked on it, it comes to me like music does, its just common sense. I am also definitely a hippie at heart :) I believe strongly in many causes, not just music. One is conserving this beautiful planet that we call home. I also believe strongly that we CAN all live on this earth peacefully, if we would just break down race/religion/gender barriers. I am also very active in animal rights causes. My motto for life is "Be the Difference That Makes a Difference". I am honest, open, and I don't think I have ever been in a situation where I had nothing to say. Which is not to be taken to mean that I dominate conversations, I want banter back! Nothing is more interesting to me than someone I can chat with for hours, or be silent with, and be completely comfortable. I am also a bit of an outdoors nut, I love going for bike rides, and heading down to the lakefront just to walk or sit by the lake and write. Often, in the summer, I will drive out to forest/nature preserves and just sit and write. It's amazing to me what can be found in nature.
